4. After lling the water tank, the intuitive indicator light stays on.
Check the correct positioning of the tank in the appliance.
The oats at the bottom of the tank must move freely. Check and unlock the oats if necessary.
DRINKS
1. The coee is pouring too slowly.
Turn the “neness of grinding” button to the right to obtain a coarser ground coee (this may depend on the type of coee
used).
Perform one or several rinsing cycles.
Change the Claris Aqua Filter System cartridge.
2. The coee is too light or not full-bodied enough.
Check that the bean container contains coee and that it is moving down correctly.
Avoid the use of oily, caramelised or avoured coees which may not be captured properly.
Decrease the volume of the preparation and increase the strength of the preparation using the coee strength function. Turn
the “neness of grinding” button to obtain a ner ground coee. Make your drink in two cycles using the 2-cup function.
3. The espresso or the coee is not hot enough.
Increase the temperature of the coee in the machine’s settings. Heat the cup by rinsing with hot water before starting to
prepare the drink.
Before making your coee, carry out a rinse of the coee circuit. A coee rinsing function when switching on the appliance can
be activated in settings / auto rinsing
4. Clear water is running from the coee nozzles before each coee.
A pre-infusion takes place when you start a recipe, and this can lead to a small amount of water coming out of the coee
nozzles.
If one of the problems outlined above persists, contact KRUPS Consumer Service.
