3. 3 ESPRESSOBOOST
Boost the taste intensity of your Espressos.
ESPRESSO BOOST cannot be selected in coldmode.
Do not use ESPRESSO BOOST with milk, chocolate
and teacapsules.

Check the number of bars shownon the capsule. Prepare
ESPRESSO BOOST for capsules identified with level 1, 2 & 3
only.

Touch the ESPRESSO BOOST iconto switch to
ESPRESSOBOOST. The temperature selectioniconblinks
while the machine is heating up for approximately 5–10
seconds. Afterwards, the temperature selection icon lights
steady red. The machine is ready to be used.

Use the touchvolume selector to illuminate the amount of
bars in accordance with the number of bars shownon the
capsule, or selectthe amount of bars to your own taste
(max level 3).

Touch the start/stopicon. The beverage preparation starts.
Do not open the locking handle during the extraction.

Pre-wetting:The preparationpauses and the ESPRESSO
BOOST icon starts blinking. After approx. 10 seconds the
preparationcontinues and the ESPRESSO BOOSTiconis
steady green. Wait until the machine stops automatically.
The extraction can be stopped at any time manually by
pressing the start/stop icon.
