BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE SEATPOST

Frame Compatibility Check

Ensure seatpost diameter matches frame seat tube for proper fit and function.

SEATPOST INSTALLATION

Minimum Insertion Distance

Seatpost must cover minimum insertion line to prevent damage and loss of control.

Seat Collar Torque

Tighten seat collar to 7 N-m; over-torquing affects proper function.

SADDLE INSTALLATION

Saddle Rail Installation

Place saddle rails between clamps; tighten head clamp bolts to specified torque (e.g., 8 N-m).

REMOTE LEVER INSTALLATION

Standard Grip Mounting

Mount remote lever on handlebar, tighten pinch bolt to 5 N-m (alloy) or 1 N-m (polycarbonate).

CABLE INSTALLATION

Remote Lever Cable Routing

Route cable housing per frame guide; cut to length, feed inner wire through remote lever and housing.
