2.4 Troubleshooting
- If the app cannot find the device power off the smartwatch
and then on again.
- If the device connects and disconnects quickly there may
be an obstruction between the device and the phone.
Wearing metal jewelry may interfere with the stability of the
connection.
- If some functions, such as call management, do not work
properly, make sure to check in your smartphone’s settings
if the smartwatch is properly paired. If it is not, unpair the
smartwatch from inside the Da Fit app and repeat the
pairing process.
- If the device does not charge, it may be due to a dirty or
rusted charging port.
3. Usage and functions
It is very important to always accept all the permissions
requested by the app so that the smartwatch functions
optimally. For the smartwatch functions to work, make sure
that you enable them via Da Fit app.
3.1 How to browse through the smartwatch
The usage method of the Venture smartwatch is very simple
and intuitive:
· Via screen swipe
- Swipe right to access a quick menu with some important
features: Time, weather, settings, activity, sleep monitoring,
phone, main menu and heart rate. Swipe to the right again
to access the full features menu.
- Swipe to the left for quick access to phone, voice assistant,
activity, sleep monitoring, heart rate, blood pressure, blood
oxygen, weather and music player.
- Swipe upwards to access a menu with practical features:
date, sleep mode, battery status, eCard, brightness control,
flashlight and settings.
- Swipe your finger downwards to view app notifications,
missed calls, text messages and other notifications.
· Via power dial button
On top of the flashlight, you will find the power dial button.
Press it once to turn the screen on or off. To turn off the
smartwatch, press and hold it for 5 seconds. From the main
menu, spin the dial to change the watch face. From the main
menu, spin it to navigate through the menu.
