      If your KStar UPS provides a short backup time, several factors could be responsible. It might be that the battery is not fully charged. To solve this, keep the UPS connected to mains power for more than 8 hours to recharge the battery. Alternatively, the UPS might be overloaded. Check the load usage and remove any unnecessary devices. Lastly, the battery could be aged. If this is the case, contact your franchiser to get a replacement battery and assistance with assembly.
