Assembly:
Slide Pivot into hitch and align the pin holes.
1 Secure the toggle clamp.
2 Using the 13mm Wrench:
3 Using the 8mm hex key, thread in the hitch pin,
16mm lock washer, and 16mm flat washer until tight.
4 Snap the hitch lock onto the other side of the hitch pin.
A Loosen bottom bolt set
B Tighten top bolt set until snug
A Re-tighten bottom bolt set
