Why is my Kubota L4400 engine overheating?
- RRachel WarrenAug 21, 2025
If your Kubota Tractor engine is overheating, several issues could be the cause. First, check if the engine oil or coolant levels are insufficient and replenish them if needed. A broken or elongated fan belt should be replaced or adjusted. The radiator net and fin might be clogged with dust, requiring cleaning. Corrosion inside the radiator or coolant flow route could also lead to overheating, necessitating cleaning or replacement. Ensure the radiator cap is not defective and replace it if it is. Avoid overload running by loosening the load. A defective head gasket should be replaced. Incorrect injection timing needs adjustment, and using unsuitable fuel requires switching to the specified fuel.
