EMI Shields
The EMI Shields cover the printed circuit boards that
are mounted directly to the top cover.
The illustration below shows the printed circuit boards
mounted to the Top Cover Assembly. The placement of
the corresponding EMI Shield is shown with the screws at
the front panel edge removed. Refer to the illustration
below for the locations to remove and install the Phillips
head screws that secure the printed circuit boards and EMI
Shields.
You will be asked to refer to this illustration
throughout the following procedures.
