If you're using a MIDI cable, verify it's plugged into the PC4 SE MIDI OUT port and the external MIDI device MIDI IN port. Also, check that the USB or MIDI cable is securely plugged in at both ends. If problems persist, try using a different USB or MIDI cable.

In Global Mode, ensure the Destination parameter is set to 'USB+MIDI+LOCAL' on the MIDI page. Also, check the volume control on your audio system or mixer, ensuring it's properly adjusted. Make sure all audio cables are securely connected. Try different audio cables, ensuring they are the correct type (balanced TRS or unbalanced TS).
