serviceable part failures.
Each segment of the Service
Guide, labeled 1-6, begins with a
diagnostics flow chart illustrating
the steps involved in the trouble
shooting process. The flow charts
are divided into alphabetical
sections that correspond to the
instructions that immediately
follow the chart.
How to use the
Service Guide:
1. Use the Table of Contents
to locate a topic area that
best matches the
symptoms.
2. Examine the flow chart at
the beginning of the
segment you select.
3. Review the system checks
and maintenance
procedures that
correspond to the
problem.
4. Follow the recommended
steps to repair the system.
5. If system failure continues
after completing the
diagnostics and
recommended repairs,
call 1-800-738-9961.

Summary

Erratic Leg Operation Diagnostics Chart

Low Fluid

Check system fluid level. Ensure it is within 1 inch of the reservoir top for proper operation.

Incorrect Hose Installation

Verify correct hose connections at cylinders and manifold. Match hoses to their designated manifold ports for proper function.

Control Diagnostics Chart

Park Brake

Check park brake signal. System expects a ground signal when brake is set; verify connection and signal source.

Leg Position Indicator

Monitor leg position LEDs. Flashing red indicates extended legs; check wiring and switches for proper retraction.

On;Off Switch (No Function)

Troubleshoot no function by checking power and ignition signals. Verify cable connections and 12V supply to the motor solenoid.
