Engine oil
Use a premium quality 4-stroke engine oil to
ensure longer service life of your scooter. Only use
oils that have a SD rating above per the API
service classification.
Engine oil viscosity : SAE 15W-40
If these viscosities are not available, select an
alternative engine oil according to the chart shown
below.
Engine oil capacity: 0.9 US qt (0.85 L)
Engine oil level inspection
Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes.

2. Stop the engine and put the scooter on its center
stand on level ground.
CAUTION
Running the engine with insufficient oil pressure
can cause serious engine damage.
Check the engine oil level each day before riding
your scooter. The level must be maintained
between the upper and lower level marks on
the oil filler cap/dipstick .

General
