Flight Simulation Stall
How to Perform a Stall
Open the ight simulation software.1.
From the Main Menu, click on Free Flight. 2.
From the Free Flight screen, under 1. Current Aircraft, click on Change. Select the Bombardier 3.
Learjet 45 aircraft from the list and click OK. Under 2. Current Location, click on Change. Select a
location from the list of thousands of airports. Click OK. Change the 3. Current Weather to Clear
skies. Do not change the 4. Current Time and Season.
Click Fly Now!4.
Stalling is common for beginner pilots. A simple stall is usually not dangerous; however, it can 5.
lead to more serious problems in maneuvering the aircraft. Soon, pulling into and out of stalls will
become second nature to you.
Fly to an altitude of 3000 feet or more.6.
Pull back the throttle to idle.7.
Pull back slowly on the yoke until you see that the aircraft is stalled.8.
How to Recover from a Stall
Push forward on the yoke to bring the aircraft out of a stall.1.
Push the throttle forward to increase speed.2.
Return the airplane to straight and level ight.3.
When you are nished, select Flights>Exit (from the Menu bar). Click on Yes to exit the ight 4.
