8.Manually extend the swing tamp assembly. Adjust the position of the shock absorber so that
the fully extended swing tamp has rotated 90
0
when the shock absorber rod end button contacts
the shock absorber barrel. Tighten the jam nut in position.
9.Connect the compressed air service and cycle the swing tamps to check the full extension.
Make additional adjustments as required.
