3. When the welcome screen shows on the SimPad you are ready to start:

SHUT-DOWN
• Turn of the SimPad by pressing the ON/OFF button for at least 0,5 seconds. You will be
prompted if you really want to shut down the SimPad. The LED will blink in green for
about 10-20 seconds until it has shut-down properly.
• The SimPad will turn itself off it there has been no activity for a customizable period of
time.
• To force the SimPad to turn off, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds.

SimPad is equipped with an internal lithium-ion with capacity to bring you through most
common simulations sessions on one charge.
