WARNING
Keep clear of obstrucon all venlaon openings in the appliance enclosure or in
the structure for building-in.
WARNING
Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosng
process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING
Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
WARNING
Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the
appliance, unless they are of the pe recommended by the manufacturer.
CORRECT USE OF THE EQUIPMENT
• This equipment is considered an agri-food machine (EC Regulaon no. 1935/2004), intended
to process food products in industrial and professional kitchens. It is not suited to store pharma-
ceucal, chemical or any other non-food product.
• Before starng and using the appliance, carefully wash its internal surfaces.
• In order to achieve the best performance from the equipment, it is necessary to observe the
following instrucons:
- Do not place hot foods or uncovered liquids, live animals, miscellaneous objects or corrosive
products inside the equipment
- Wrap or otherwise protect food, parcularly if it contains herbs or spices
- Arrange the food items inside the equipment without impeding the air circulaon and do not
place paper, cardboard, chopping boards, etc. over the grilles, which could obstruct the air ow
- Avoid frequent and prolonged door openings as much as possible
- If the door has been opened and then reclosed, wait a few moments before reopening it
- Maximum load pan or grille: 20kg | 44.1 lbs (GN 1/1) or 35 kg | 77.2 lbs (GN 2/1) .
• The refrigeraon equipment has been manufactured and designed with the appropriate precau-
ons to ensure the health and safe of the user and does not present dangerous edges, sharp
surfaces or elements protruding from the overall dimensions.
WARNING
The e q uipment is guaranteed to be stable even with the doors open; it is, however,
strictly forbidden to hang from the door(s).
INCORRECT USE OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT COULD REASONABLY BE PREDICTED
DANGER
Any use other than those specied in this manual is incorrect. Incorrect use can
lead to serious risks for the safe of users and damage to the equipment.
The following are considered reasonably predictable incorrect uses:
• Lack of maintenance, cleaning and roune checks on the equipment
• Structural modicaons or changes to the operang logic
• Mishandling of protecve covers or safe devices
• Non-use of PPE by operators, specialist sta and maintenance technicians
