TIP:
Only passive or non-reactive units may be connected to the outputs of the R 0016 relay mod-
ule. You have to avoid any supply of 230 V into the unit via terminals 82 - 92 in the event of a
fault.
TIP:
Relay module since version 4:
A testing current has to flow in both directions at the terminals 82-86, because the relay mod-
ule will cut-off every output during the self-test and the FMS is set to fault condition.
At the supply of 230V an impedance of Z<=100k is required.
At the supply of 110V an impedance of Z<=22k is required.
You have to connect a suitable auxiliary load (i. e. ohmic resistance or RC module). Outputs,
which the FMS does not operate (i. e. ignition valve at start without pilot burner) do not need
any auxiliary load.
