3.1 Applications
The LT3-F lambda transmitter has been developed to use in conjunction with the KS1D com-
bination probe for the simultaneous measurement of the O
2
concentration and oxidising com-
ponents (CO/H
2
), displayed as CO equivalents (CO
e
), usually in the flue gases from
combustion systems in the superstoichiometric area (>1).
Application only in connection with CO/O
2
control. The fail-safe function is only valid for the
hole system, not for single components.
