How to fix gas smell from Landmann Patio Heater?

  If you smell gas, there may be a leak in the gas system. Immediately close the cylinder valve by turning it clockwise. Prevent any flames or sparks by not switching on electrical appliances. Then, tighten all fixings on the gas system, check all components for damage, replacing any defective parts with original spare parts, and check for leaks using a leak detector.

What to do if my Landmann Patio Heater makes a popping noise?

  If you hear a popping or bubbling noise, it could be a flashback caused by blockages in the burner. Immediately close the cylinder valve by turning it clockwise. Wait for three minutes, then try starting the Landmann Patio Heater again. If the problem continues, disassemble and clean the burner.
