After selecting the save location, press Enter, select YES on the “Confirm:” field with the Up or Down
buttons and press Enter again to begin the Log export.
If the log file is saved to the Internal Flash Memory, when the service engineer is on site with the chiller, they
will be able to retrieve the saved log file for analysis. Please note that if this process is repeated at a later time,
the saved log file will be overwritten, which could cause the relevant data to diagnose the alarm to be lost.
If the log file is saved to a USB drive, it can then be sent in advance to our service team for analysis. This can
greatly help in identifying the problem in advance.
