Toshutofftheengine,releasetheblade-controlbar(Figure
15).
Note:Removetheignitionkeywhenyouleavethemachine
(electric-startmodelonly).
Important:Whenyoureleasetheblade-controlbar,
boththeengineandbladeshouldstopwithin3seconds.
Iftheydonotstopproperly,stopusingyourmachine
immediatelyandcontactanAuthorizedServiceDealer.

Yourmachinecomesfromthefactoryreadytomulchthe
grassandleafclippingsbackintothelawn.
Ifthegrassbagisonthemachine,removeitbeforemulching
theclippings.RefertoRemovingtheGrassBag(page9).
