This document provides installation and operating instructions for children's electric cars, model LZ-910. It emphasizes safety, proper assembly, and maintenance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for children.
Function Description
This is a children's electric car designed for single riders between 37 and 72 months old, with a maximum weight capacity of 20 kg. It operates as a ride-on toy, allowing children to drive forward and backward using manual controls or a remote control operated by an adult. The car features a steering wheel for directional control, a foot pedal for acceleration, and a power switch to turn the vehicle on and off. It also includes a music board with volume adjustment and an MP3 port for playing music. The vehicle is powered by a rechargeable battery and is designed for use on flat, hard surfaces under continuous adult supervision.

Usage Features
- Assembly: Requires adult assembly. Small parts should be kept away from children during assembly. All packaging materials must be removed and disposed of properly before use.
- Operation:
- Manual Control: After the driver is seated, press the power switch. The car will emit a starting sound. Move the Forward/Backward switch to the desired position (forward or backward) and step on the foot switch to move the car. Releasing the pedal stops the car.
- Remote Control: An adult can operate the vehicle using the remote control. The remote control needs to be frequency-bound with the car. This involves installing batteries in the remote, long-pressing the frequency key for 2-4 seconds until LED lights flash, then turning on the car's power. Successful binding is indicated by the LED lights changing from flashing to long lighting. The remote control features buttons for forward, backward, turn left, turn right, speed adjustment, and an emergency brake.
- Safety Warnings:
- Assembly by an adult is mandatory.
- Unsuitable for children under 3 years due to maximum speed.
- Always use in a safe, secure environment with continuous adult supervision.
- Never leave a child unattended.
- Only one rider is allowed at a time.
- Always sit in the seat when using the vehicle.
- Keep hands, hair, and clothes away from moving parts.
- Always wear shoes.
- Only drive on level ground.
- Avoid streets, motor vehicles, drop-offs (steps, pools), sloped surfaces, hills, wet areas, flammable vapors, alleys, night, or dark conditions.
- Do not drive into loose dirt, mud, sand, or fine gravel.
- The toy does not have brakes; do not use in locations requiring braking capability.
- Battery posts, terminals, and related accessories contain lead and lead compounds; never open the battery.
- Tampering with or modifying the electric circuit system can cause shock, fire, or explosion.
- Only use the supplied 6V rechargeable battery and charger.
- Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area, away from heat or flammable materials.
- Avoid direct contact between positive and negative terminals.
- Keep all liquids away from the battery.
- In case of battery leakage, immediately call a physician and flush skin/eyes with cool water for 15 minutes or give water/milk if swallowed (do not induce vomiting if vomiting or decreased alertness).
- Music Board: Features a volume adjustment knob (rotate counterclockwise to decrease, clockwise to increase) and an MP3 port for connecting external audio devices.
- Recoverable Fuse: Automatically cuts off power for 5-10 seconds if the current exceeds a certain rating, then resupplies power. Do not bypass the fuse.
Maintenance Features
- Charging:
- Charge the battery for 8-12 hours, but no more than 20 hours.
- Charging port is located under the seat.
- The vehicle cannot be operated while charging.
- Only an adult should handle, charge, and recharge the battery.
- Plug the wall charger directly into a wall outlet; do not use an extension cord.
- Check the battery and charger for wear and damage before charging. Do not charge if damaged.
- Do not allow the battery to drain completely to prevent damage.
- Storage:
- Park the vehicle indoors or cover it with a tarp to protect it from wet weather.
- Store in shade or cover with a tarp to prevent fading from prolonged sun exposure.
- Do not wash the vehicle with a hose, soap, or water.
- Battery Replacement (Remote Control): Use a screwdriver to remove the battery cover, insert two AAA 1.5V dry batteries with correct polarity, and then close the cover.
- Troubleshooting: The manual provides a table for common issues (e.g., car not moving, battery not recharging, short distance per charge, slow speed, big noise from gearbox, shaking, silent car, car cannot stop) with potential reasons and elimination methods. These methods often involve recharging the battery, checking connections, replacing parts, or contacting a maintenance point.
- General Care: Regularly examine transformers or battery chargers for damage. If any damage is found on the cord, plug, enclosure, or other parts, the vehicle should not be used until repairs are made.
