Connecting the Vortex Plug

Press NACS unlock button and connect Supercharger coupler to adapter.

Initiate Charging Communication

Pause for vehicle/charger communication; check EV display for successful connection.

Begin Charging Process

Start charging according to station guidelines after successful connection.

Disconnecting the Vortex Plug

Confirm Charging Completion

Only remove Vortex Plug once charging is complete.

Disconnect Supercharger Coupler

Press NACS unlock button and disconnect Supercharger coupler from adapter.

Release Adapter from Vehicle

Press CCS1 unlock latch to release adapter from vehicle charging port.

Remove Adapter from Port

Remove the adapter from the vehicle charging port.
