If the vehicle fails to initiate charging, please consider the following steps:
1. Ensure the Supercharger supports CCS1 vehicles.
2. Check for firm connections at both the NACS and CCS1 ends of the Vortex Plug.
3. Safely unplug following the user manual procedure, then begin the connection process again.
4. Verify the charging status on the Supercharger and the electric vehicle display.
