Knife adjustment
Remove the protective plexiglass shield
(figure 2), from the left side of the
machine.
Loosen the two bolts that secure the
two levers to the knives shaft.
Adjust the knifes opening until the
required cutting thickness is achieved
then tighten up to secure the bolts.
Replace the protective shield.
To facilitate centering the knives, the position “0”
relative to the knife shaft axle is marked on the lever (see
figure 2.1).
