Open the shipping carton. Carefully, lift adjustable base
out of shipping carton and place on clean surface.
Remove remote, leg box, and protective plastic.
Verify contents; inspect for damage.

Remove cotter pin and
clevis pin from hinge (one
on each side) and fold
adjustable base out at.

When base is at, reinsert clevis pin
and cotter pin (one on each side).

Cut the zip-tie and remove the mattress retainer.
