Open the shipping carton. Carefully, lift adjustable base
out of shipping carton and place on clean surface.
Remove remote, leg box, and protective plastic.
Verify contents; inspect for damage.

Remove cotter pin and
clevis pin from hinge (one
on each side) and fold
adjustable base out at.

When base is at, reinsert clevis pin
and cotter pin (one on each side).

Check all included parts and inspect for any damage before proceeding with assembly.

Unpack and Prepare the Base

Open the shipping carton, carefully remove the base, and prepare the area for setup.

Fold and Secure the Base

Remove pins to unfold the base flat and reinsert pins to secure it in its flat position.

Remove Mattress Retainer

Cut the zip-tie and remove the mattress retainer as part of the preparation process.

Assembly and Connection

Attach and Tighten Legs

Screw all legs securely into the threaded inserts by hand for stability.

Connect Power and Control Cables

Connect the remote control and power supply cords to the base motor cables.

Final Base Positioning and Powering

Flip base onto legs, ensure cords are clear, plug into outlet, and lower to flat position.

Test Base Functions and Install Retainers

Operate remote to test functions and insert mattress retainers at the foot and sides.
