If a specific Room Unit, Patio Unit, or Door Unit of your LEGRAND Intercom System isn't receiving power, start by checking the Cat 5e cable connections at both the unit and the Intercom Module, ensuring they follow the T568A wiring standard. If the wiring appears correct, test the connections for conductivity and re-terminate if needed. You can also test the unit by plugging it into a different port on the Intercom Module to see if it powers on.
