Introduction
Congratulations for having chosen FX 22!
LEM FX 22 is a high-quality, extremely user-friendly multi-effect unit which includes TWO
SEPARATE STEREO EFFECT (with separate inputs and output in common).
FX 22 has been designed by LEM around the powerful RED 208 DSP, the same as is
used on the FALCON digital mixer. The 40-bit processing together with the use of 20
and 24-bit converters ensures the maximum audio quality and allows to obtain very rich
and accurate effects.
Each of the two section of the FX 22 includes 11 PRESETS BANKS simple (reverbs,
delays, modulations) or combined (reverb + delay, reverb + chorus), ideal for use with a
wide variety of types of signal: vocals, percussion, string and wind instruments, etc. 11
different variations are available for each PRESET BANK, giving a total of 121 + 121
PRESETS. In this way, you can find stored in the unit’s memories the most common
settings ready for use and all you have to do is choose between them whichever is most
suited to your requirements.
Two rotary selectors, output volume and balance are the only simple controls that give
access to the essential but effective functions of the FX 22. Acting on the appropriate
selector, FX 22 can be used both in DUAL mode, with two effects on two separate signals
or COMBI mode, with two effects in series on the same signal.
Supplied with an external power supply, the FX 22 multi-effect unit comes in half-rack
format (1 unit) and can be installed in a standard 19" rack by using an optional adapter
which can be requested from your dealer (cod. 970.294).
