Troubleshooting
Symptom
Check
Battery won't charge
Check if the DVD player is turned off. The Player must be turned off in order to charge the
battery.
Check with another fully charged pack if the LED lights.
Check that the AC adaptor is securely plugged in.
If DVD or battery is overheated, you will not be able to charge the battery.
Charging LED indicator does
not light
No sound
Check the volume setting. If set to zero, turn up volume level.
Check that the headphones are plugged into the PHONES and Audio jack. Speakers
cannot be used with the headphones.in conjunction
