What to do if my Lennox MP-360D smokes after an hour or two?
    • U
      ucruzAug 10, 2025
If your Lennox Indoor Fireplace smokes an hour or two after lighting, especially in a well-insulated house, the issue might be that your house is too airtight. To resolve this, check if your outside combustion air kit is open and free from obstructions outside. You can also try opening a window slightly or opening doors to one or two rooms to see if it stops the smoking.

Why is my Lennox MP-360D smoking because of vent fan?
    • J
      James SmithAug 15, 2025
If a vent fan, exhaust hood, or central heating/cooling system is stealing combustion air from your Lennox Indoor Fireplace, it can cause negative pressure and an unwanted downdraft, leading to smoking if their volume is high enough.
