Troubleshooting tips
Malfunctions and Solutions
Stop the air conditioner immediately if one of the following faults occur. Disconnect the power and
contact the nearest customer service center.
OPERATION indicator or other indicators flash rapidly(5 times every second) and this
flash cannot be fixed by disconnecting the power, and then connect it again
Fuse blows frequently or circuit breaker trips frequently
Other objects or water penetrate the air conditioner
The remote controller won't work or works abnormally

center. Be sure to inform them of the detailed malfunctions and unit model.
