Remove the fan
Make sure the following FRUs (or CRUs) have been removed.
“Remove the lower case” on page 28
“Remove the solid-state drive (SSD) plate” on page 30
“Remove the heat sink” on page 34
Step 1. Disconnect the fan cables from the system board.
