driverstoensurethatthehardwaredevicesinyourserverworkcorrectly.
Toidentifyhardwaredevicesthatarenotworkingcorrectly,openDeviceManagerbydoingthefollowing:
1.ClickStart.
2.Right-clickMyComputer.
3.ClickManageandselectDeviceManagerintheleftpane.
InDeviceManager,hardwaredevicesthatarenotworkingcorrectlyareusuallylistedunderOtherDevices
andareindicatedbyayellowexclamationmark.
Todownloadandinstalladevicedriver,dothefollowing:
1.Gotohttp://www.lenovo.com/drivers.
2.FollowtheinstructionsontheWebpagetolocateanddownloadthedesireddevicedriverinstallationle.
3.Copytheinstallationletotheserverwherethedevicedriveristobeinstalled,andthendouble-click
theinstallationle.
4.ClickNextintheWelcomewindow.
5.IntheLicenseAgreementwindow,selectIacceptthetermsinthelicenseagreement,andthen
clickNexttocontinue.
6.Specifythepathwhereyouwanttosavetheinstallationle,andthenclickNext.
7.ClickInstalltobegintheinstallationprocess.
8.Whenyouarepromptedthattheinstallationhascompleted,clickFinish.
Tocongurethenetwork,clickStart➙ControlPanel➙NetworkConnections,andthenselectNew
ConnectionWizardtosetupthenetworkconnection.
Tocongurenetworkprotocols,right-clickLocalAreaConnectionintheNetworkconnectionswindow,and
thenclickProperties.
Tojoinadomain,clickStart➙ControlPanel➙System,clicktheComputerNametab,andthenclick
Change.
