1. Follow the action plan associated with the Primary Event < FQXSPUN0018J> which triggered this Error.
2. Escalate to next level of support for complete log analysis.
3. Note:Possible source of the error are:
4. PFR PCH. Check pfr_recovery.log and Event Log for firmware corruption detected and recovery history
5. Fan Mismatch. Check BMC Log and inventory for mismatched fan types.If all fans are standard fan, check if
T4 GPU installed or CPU TDP>165W or rear BP installed or front EDSFF/anybay BP installed, then change to
high performance fan.
6. ME Status. Check event Log and bmc log for Intel ME corruption (ME in recovery mode)
7. Drive Mismatch. Check whether drive type is correct for that drive slot number which supported NVME only or
SAS/SATA only. Replace drive with one of the correct interface type for that slot, or replace backplane with one
which supports the desired interface.
8. RAID Vol State. Check RAID logs and BMC WebUI events associated with Drives and address them
accordingly.
9. XCC DB Status. Check mysql Log for xcc database corruption. Better to restore xcc configuration
