1. This event should be followed by a recent FQXSFIO0005M / FQXSFIO0006M event denoting some
UPI links failure which caused UPI topology downgrade.
2. Solve the event FQXSFIO0005M / FQXSFIO0006M at first, then this event should be solved
automatically.
3. If no recent or after fixing FQXSFIO0005M / FQXSFIO0006M event, this event still persists, collect
Service Data logs.
4. Contact Lenovo Support.
