In the default setting the terminal X5/E5 is assigned to another function.
Function
l Set C0757 = 1.
l The function is activated by simultaneously setting the inputs:
– DFRFG−QSP and DFRFG−RESET = HIGH.
l Starting procedure:
– Signals at DFRFG−QSP and DFRFG−RESET = LOW.
– Otherwise touch probe signals are ignored.
l A LOW−HIGH edge at terminal X5/E5 starts the process:
