How to check the lubricant level:
1.
Remove the control screw at the marked posion.4Venlaon ^ 20
2.
Insert auxiliary tool through the threaded hole.
3.
Carefully pull out the auxiliary tool and determine the lubricant level. The lubricant level
may be between the threaded hole and dimension "x".
4.
If the lubricant level is too low, top up lubricant unl the lubricant level is in the marked
area. If the loss is greater, determine the cause.
5.
Insert the control screw and ghten it to the specied torque.

Change lubricant
NOTICE
Change from standard lubricant CLP or CLP HC to food grade lubricant CLP ... USDA H1.
The drain holes do not always allow complete draining of the gearbox. A residual amount of
the lubricant may remain in the gearbox.

Carefully ush the gearbox with the food grade lubricant before changing the lubricant.
NOTICE
▶
The gearbox should be lukewarm in order that the oil ows well but there is no risk of
scalding.
How to change the lubricant:
1.
Place a suciently large container (lubricant quanty indicated on the nameplate) under
the drain plug.4Nameplates ^ 10
2.
Remove ller and drain plug at the marked posion and drain lubricant
completely.4Venlaon ^ 20
3.
Insert the drain plug with a new sealing ring and ghten to the prescribed torque.
4.
Fill in dened amount of lubricant through the inlet.
5.
Insert the ller plug and ghten it to the specied torque.
6.
Dispose of waste oil according to the applicable regulaons.
