Leviton 476TM-652 - LABELING THE PANEL; Wiring Identification Chart Usage

4) LABEL
Reference the completed Wiring Identication Chart (Step 1) when lling out the labels for
the front on the Panel. Label each jack accordingly with location and service type (data
or telephone). Slide the labels from the top of the Panel into the label holders. Peel the
protective lm from the front and back of each label cover and insert into the label holders
so that it lays on top of the paper label to protect it.
