Symptom: The WiFi icon on my LEVO
is blinking.
You need to reset LEVO’s WiFi and reconnect. Step 1) Press
and hold the Cycle + Power buttons on LEVO until the WiFi
icon disappears. Step 2) navigate to the Remote Control
feature in the app, tap the Connected/Not Connected
button in the upper right corner. Step 3) select "Yes". Step
4) follow the Connect My LEVO prompts.
Symptom: When I connect to LEVO’s WiFi
network in my phone's settings, it says “No
Internet Connection”.
This is normal. LEVO broadcasts a closed WiFi
network and is not connected to the internet.
After selecting your LEVO’s WiFi network, return
back to the app to connect to your local WiFi as
the final step in the process.
