What to do if my Levoit Fan will not turn on?

  If your Levoit Fan won't turn on or respond to button controls, first ensure it is plugged in. If it is, check the power cord for damage; if damaged, discontinue use and contact Customer Support. Try plugging the fan into a different outlet. If the issue persists, the fan may be malfunctioning, and you should contact Customer Support.

Why is my Levoit TempSense making a noise?

  If your Levoit Fan is making an unusual noise, ensure it's placed on a hard, flat, and level surface. If the noise continues, the fan may be damaged, or there might be a foreign object inside. In this case, stop using the fan and contact Customer Support. Do not attempt to repair the fan yourself.
