7 The printer prints the odd-numbered pages and the instruction sheet, which describes how to flip and reload the
paper.
8 Following the instruction sheet, flip and reload the paper.
9 The printer then prints the even-numbered pages on the reverse sides of the odd-numbered pages, completing
the two-sided sheets.
Note: To return to single-sided printing, return to the Advanced tab. From the 2-Sided Printing area, select
Off from the drop-down menu.
Using Macintosh
1 With a document open, click File Print.
2 From the print options pop-up menu, choose Paper Handling.
3 Do one of the following:
For Mac OS X version 10.5
a
From the Pages to print menu, select Odd only.
b Click Print.
c After printing the first set of pages, flip the stack of printouts.
Reload the stack of pages.
d Repeat steps 1 and 2.
e From the Pages to print menu, select Even numbered pages.
For Mac OS version 10.4 and earlier
a
From the Print menu, select Odd numbered pages.
b Click Print.
c After printing the first set of pages, flip the stack of printouts.
Reload the stack of pages.
d Repeat steps 1 and 2.
e From the Pages to print menu, select Even numbered pages.
4 Click Print.
