Step 1
Discuss the situation with a dealership
manager, such as the service manager
or customer satisfaction manager.
If necessary, ask the dealership owner
or general manager for assistance. In
most cases, a satisfactory solution can
be reached at this step.
Step 2
If the dealership does not address
your concern to your satisfaction,
call the Lexus Customer Satisfaction
