Parallel parking guide line display mode
Screen description
Parallel parking guide line display mode assists the driver with
parallel parking by means of screen display.
Narrow mode on-off button
If the position in which you
want to park your vehicle is
narrower than usual, you can
use the narrow mode.
Parking operation
Position your vehicle parallel to the road or shoulder approxi-
mately 1 m (3 ft.) away from a parked vehicle. Then position your
vehicle about one-half of a car length ahead of the vehicle. Place
the shift lever in “R” position. Make sure the monitor displays the
part behind the rear tires of the parked vehicle.
