How to fix 'Unrecognized monitor' message on LG 22EN33T Monitor?

If your LG monitor displays the message "Unrecognized monitor, Plug&Play (VESA DDC) monitor found", install the display driver from the CD or diskette that came with your monitor. You can also download the driver from the LG website. Make sure that your video card supports Plug&Play function.
