  If your LG Monitor screen is blank, first ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet. Then, verify the power cable connection and press the power button. Also, confirm that the correct input source is enabled by navigating to Menu > Input. If the issue persists, the signal cable between your PC and the monitor might be loose or disconnected; check and reconnect it. For Mac users, DisplayPort 1.2 compatibility issues may arise; contact the manufacturer in this case. Finally, if signals transferred from the PC are out of the monitor's frequency range, consult the Product Specification section of the manual to set the appropriate frequency.

  If your LG Monitor screen display is unstable, shaky, or images are leaving shadow trails, and the resolution is set to HDMI 1080i 60/50 Hz (interlaced), the screen may be flickering. Try changing the resolution to 1080p or the recommended resolution.

  If the display color on your LG Monitor appears abnormal, try setting the color to 24 bit (true color) or higher through Control Panel > Display > Settings > Color Quality in Windows. Also, check the signal cable connection; reconnect it or reinsert the PC's graphic card. Note that a slightly different color is not always an error and may not be related to the monitor's performance.
