If the issue persists, the signal cable between your PC and the monitor might be loose or disconnected; check and reconnect it. For Mac users, DisplayPort 1.2 compatibility issues may arise; contact the manufacturer in this case. Finally, if signals transferred from the PC are out of the monitor's frequency range, consult the Product Specification section of the manual to set the appropriate frequency.
