First, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the outlet and that the power cable is properly connected. Press the power button. Then, verify that the connected input is enabled in the monitor's settings under Input. If the monitor is in sleep mode, try moving the mouse or pressing a key on the keyboard. Also, ensure your computer is turned on. If the issue persists, check the signal cable between the PC and the monitor and reconnect it if necessary. Finally, install the display driver from the provided CD or download it from the LG website, and make sure your graphics card supports Plug and Play.

How to fix unstable and shaky screen display or shadow trails on LG 34GK950F-B Monitor?
    • M
      meltontrevorAug 7, 2025
If the screen display is unstable, shaky, or images on your LG monitor leave shadow trails, it may be due to the selected resolution. If you are using HDMI 1080i 60/50 Hz (interlaced), the screen might be flickering. To resolve this, change the resolution to 1080p or the recommended resolution.

      hernandezlaurenAug 13, 2025

Why is the display color abnormal on my LG 34GK950F-B Monitor?
    • R
      Richard BakerAug 17, 2025
The display color may be abnormal because the color is not set to 24 bit (true color) or higher. To resolve this, in Windows, navigate to Control Panel > Display > Settings > Color Quality and adjust accordingly. Also, check if the signal cable is properly connected, reconnecting it or reinserting the PC's graphics card if needed. Please note that pixilated spots (red, green, blue, white, or black) may appear on the screen, which is normal for an LCD screen and not an error.
