How to resolve ‘No signal’ or ‘Invalid Format’ message on LG 37BH7N-H.AFB?

  If you see a message saying ‘No signal’ or ‘Invalid Format’ on your LG Digital Signage, first check the signal cable connection between the PC and the product to ensure it is stable. Access the input menu to check the input signal. If the signal from the PC (Graphics card) is out of the product's vertical or horizontal frequency range, adjust the frequency range by referring to the specifications in this manual.

  First, ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet. If operating in below-zero temperatures, the enclosure may take up to one hour to warm up internally. For models with a circuit breaker, verify it's properly connected and switched to the 'on' (red) position. Try disconnecting the AC adapter and cleaning the contacting port before turning the power on again. When using POE, make sure the LAN cable isn't damaged and do not connect an AC adapter.

  If your LG Digital Signage power won’t turn on, first ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet. For models with a circuit breaker, check if it's properly connected and set to 'on' (red). If using POE, make sure the LAN cable isn't damaged and do not connect an AC adapter. Also, when operating in below zero temperatures, the enclosure may not work for up to one hour to raise the internal temperature of the enclosure. As an additional step, try turning the power on after disconnecting the AC adapter and cleaning the contacting port.

  If the screen’s brightness seems dark on your LG Digital Signage, try adjusting the brightness and contrast settings. If that doesn't help, the backlight may need repair. Also, if the internal temperature of the enclosure rises, the screen’s brightness may darken. Clean the heat exchanger or filter in the enclosure periodically.
