How to fix touch applied to wrong monitor on LG 50UL3J-E Digital Signage?
    • M
      Mary HaynesSep 7, 2025
If a touch is applied to a monitor other than the one you intended on your LG Digital Signage, it may be because the monitor is not set as the default monitor when using multiple monitors. Set the monitor as the default monitor. This issue may also occur if the touch screen is not calibrated properly; change your tablet PC settings.

How to fix LG 50UL3J-E power won't turn on?
    • R
      Robert MitchellAug 22, 2025
If your LG Digital Signage power won’t turn on, first check if the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet. If you are operating in below zero temperature, the enclosure may not work for up to one hour to raise the internal temperature of the enclosure. For models with a circuit breaker, verify that the circuit breaker has been connected properly and that the switch is set to on (red). Also, try turning the power on after disconnecting the AC adapter and cleaning the contacting port. Ensure the LAN cable is not damaged when using POE, and do not connect an AC adapter when using POE power.
