  A 'No signal' or 'Invalid Format' message on your LG Digital Signage can appear if the signal cable isn't properly connected between your PC and the product, or if the cable connection is unstable. Check the signal cable. Also, access the input menu to check the input signal. This issue can also arise if the signal from your PC (graphics card) is outside the product's vertical or horizontal frequency range. In this case, adjust the frequency range by referring to the specifications in this manual.

  Touch functionality may be limited to One:Quick Works/ USB-C input. Ensure the USB cable between your PC and the product is connected; if not, remove and reconnect it after 10 seconds. Also, make sure your PC’s power cord is firmly plugged into a power outlet and restart your PC. Touch may not respond if the system is down due to an unstable network, so reconnect the LAN cable or restart your PC. Check the signal cable connection between your PC and the product. Ensure the product is powered on. Always connect the power cord to a grounded outlet. Verify that the screen is on.
