  There could be several reasons why your LG Monitor isn't displaying an image: * Ensure the power cord is correctly plugged into the power outlet. * Verify the FPC extension cable is properly connected between the cable coming out of the panel and signage box. * The signal from your PC's graphics card might be outside the monitor's supported frequency range. Refer to the manual's specifications to adjust the frequency range. * Check the signal cable and press the INPUT menu on the remote control to confirm the input signal.

[Display] ? [Setting] menu. * Ensure the correct input signal is connected to the appropriate port. * Verify the OLED panel and Signage box are properly connected. If serial numbers match, unplug the power cord and reconnect it to run the Clear Panel Noise function.
