  If no image appears on your LG Digital Signage display, start by checking if the power cord is securely plugged into the power outlet. Also, ensure the FPC extension cable is properly connected between the cable coming out of the panel and the signage box. Verify the signal cable connection and press the INPUT menu on the remote control to confirm the input signal. If the signal from your PC's graphics card is out of the product's frequency range, adjust it according to the specifications in this manual.

  If the screen color on your LG Digital Signage appears abnormal, first, set the number of colors to more than 24 bits (true color) by navigating to [Control Panel] ? [Display] ? [Settings] ? [Color Table] in Windows. Next, check the connection status of the signal cable and re-insert the PC graphics card. Note that several pixels of red, green, white, or black color may appear due to the unique characteristics of the OLED panel, which is not a malfunction.

  If the screen image on your LG Digital Signage looks abnormal, verify that the graphics card resolution and frequency are supported by the product. Ensure you're using the correct signal cable for your source input. If you have an OLED panel, check that the OLED panel and Signage box serial numbers match. If they match, unplug the power cord and reconnect it to run the Clear Panel Noise function. Alternatively, you can find this function at (Settings) ? Display ? Advanced Settings ? OLED Panel Settings ? Clear Panel Noise.
